Confirm the truck and its equipment

Send the VIN, year, truck series, engine identification, transmission and 2WD/4WD configuration. Identify the gas HEMI specifically; a Cummins diesel repair follows a different engine and service path.

Prioritize the work the truck does

Describe daily mileage, towing or fleet use and the diagnosis. Ask for the engine assembly, supporting repairs, installation and transport to be itemized. Confirm the schedule with Big 3 before arranging a tow or planning the truck return to service.

Questions about this engine path

Can I choose a car HEMI for this truck?

Do not assume that shared displacement establishes fitment. Confirm the exact truck engine specification, transferred parts and controls with Big 3 before ordering an assembly or planning a conversion.

What happens to my old engine?

Confirm whether the selected offer requires exchange. A core must match the engine purchased and be rebuildable to qualify for credit. Freight and core terms are confirmed for the specific order.

Need help choosing? Call 903-262-9502 with your vehicle details. Review matching-core requirements and the product-specific warranty before ordering.

Questions before ordering

Does a catalog match confirm fitment?

No. Matching names or displacement only narrow the search. Big 3 needs the vehicle and engine identifiers to confirm the supplier listing, configuration and any required supporting work.

What is included in the displayed price?

The card displays the catalog product price. Open that same product for its details. Check whether the selected offer includes a refundable core deposit. Confirm any other core/exchange terms, freight, tax, installation and order-specific charges in your quote.

What warranty applies?

Use the selected product's written warranty and confirmed invoice terms. Stock replacements, customer-core rebuilds and performance packages may have different parts and labor coverage. A guide does not expand that coverage.

What if my engine is not listed here?

Product-name search can miss assemblies listed under an engine code or supplier number. Send your VIN and engine details for help; an empty search is not a statement that your engine cannot be supplied.
